8tube Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the 8tube platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8tube platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. 8tube reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is for users who are 18 years of age or older only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 8tube reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting this requirement.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the 8tube platform. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any funds held within them. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using your login credentials — whether by you or anyone else — is your sole responsibility. Contact 8tube support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Documents typically requested include a copy of your identification card and proof of payment method. This process is in place to protect your account security and to meet the platform's internal compliance requirements.

  • Account information must use the full name as shown on the identification card.
  • An active Malaysian mobile number is required for two-factor authentication.
  • Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party.
  • Repeated failed login attempts may trigger a temporary account lock as a security measure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All 8tube users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

  • Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools that simulate human actions to gain an unfair advantage in games.
  • Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language through the chat system or customer support channels.
  • Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors for unfair gain. Any winnings obtained through such means may be voided.
  • Spreading false information about the platform or engaging in activities that damage 8tube's reputation.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • Submitting false or misleading identity verification documents.

8tube reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to report it to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment Information & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the 8tube platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly, depending on the method chosen and the bank's processing time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account linked to the deposit method used, unless otherwise stated. Processing times depend on the financial institution and may take several business days. 8tube does not cover any charges imposed by the receiving bank.

Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — may result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.
  • All withdrawals require identity verification before being processed for the first time.
  • 8tube reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that are under investigation for security or compliance reasons.
  • Any account discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Related Matters

8tube is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions due to maintenance, or factors beyond our control such as network outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding the ongoing accuracy of odds or uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8tube platform—including logos, text, interface designs, images, software, and code—is the exclusive property of 8tube or its licensed holders. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 8tube is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

8tube reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or upon request from a legitimate authority. In the event of suspension, any valid remaining balance (once the investigation is concluded) will be returned in accordance with established procedures. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. 8tube reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
